Whilst I cannot emphasise strongly enough that coaching is all about you and your priorities, you may wish to know a little about me and my qualifications.

My background is in law, where I gained a First Class degree at the University of Edinburgh, worked as a solicitor in both Edinburgh and the City of London, and then in the public sector in academic research.

I am now a professional coach having qualified with Distinction through The Coaching Academy (Europe's largest provider of coach training). I am an Associate level member of the Association for Coaching, 'Pioneer' member of The Melting Pot (a social enterprise focused on fostering networks and opportunities for collaboration for those involved in positive work), and active participant in the Edinburgh Coaching Circle.

Recently, I have led 'Reignite Your Career' workshops for www.careershifters.org, been an 'Inner Strength' coach for a nationwide promotional campaign and contributed to a coaching book edited by Anne Archer and Gladeana McMahon due to be published by Routledge later this year.

I have a coach (in fact I have two!) I have found them to be invaluable during a period of great change in my life and our sessions are some of my favourite times of the week. This is part of the reason that I can so confidently recommend the process to you.

I adhere to the Code of Ethics and Good Practice of the Association for Coaching
